  • Your name, your child’s name, your child’s age, your phone number, your email address.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • You book a class, TUF time, or sign up for one of our camps through our website (https://www.theurbanfactory.co.uk/)
    We use this information to identify you when you show up for your booked appointment and to contact you about your booking if we need to.
    Information will not be shared unless for the GDPR rules. As this site is managed/hosted by create.net they will collect their own information (Create.net Privacy Policy).
  • We also use Google Analytics to help understand how customers use the Site - how Google uses Personal Information can be found here: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/.
  • Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
