Play Policy for TUF Time and TUF Ability

TUF TIME

TUF Time is our signature preschool programme for under 5’s. These stay and play sessions give your little one the chance to run, jump, climb and play in our world class facilities all for £2 per child. 

TUF TIME SCHEDULE

Monday: 9.15 - 10.30am & 10.45 - 12.00pm & 2.00 - 3.00pm.

Wednesday: 9.15 - 10.30am & 10.45 - 12.00pm.

Friday: 9.15 - 10.30am & 10.45 - 12.00pm. & 2.00 - 3.00pm

TUF ABILITY

We also run a dedicated TUF Time for children with additional support needs. This is a quieter stay & play than our usual TUF Time sessions and parents are more than welcome to sit in.

TUF ABILITY SCHEDULE

Monday: 1.00 - 2.00pm (under 5 years £2).

Saturday: 3.00 - 5.00pm (family session £3).

Registration and Sign-In for TUF Time & TUF Ability:

No booking is required to access TUF Time or TUF Ability at The Urban Factory. However, all users must complete the online registration process and agree to the TUF Play Policy. Upon arrival, users must sign in using the provided QR code, confirming their presence in the facility.

Safety Measures:

All children must remove shoes and socks before entering the gymnastics areas. 

Shoes must be worn when using the parkour area's wooden frame.

Parents or guardians must remove their shoes upon entering the facility.

Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while in the play areas (including TUF Ability). 

Children are not allowed to use equipment in the corner marked  "Not in Use" for safety reasons.

Siblings may attend TUF Time and TUF Ability but they must also be supervised and they must be aware that priority of use is for children under 5 years. 

Food and Beverages:

Food and drinks are strictly prohibited within the gymnastics and parkour areas. Only water bottles are permitted.

Accidents and Injuries:

In case of accidents or injuries, parents or guardians must immediately inform a staff member for assistance.

Trained staff will provide basic first aid as needed and will follow the necessary procedures for more serious situations.

Photography and Recording:

Parents and guardians are welcome to capture memories, but please be respectful of other children's privacy. Avoid taking photos of children without permission from their parents.

Admission and Payment:

Admission to The Urban Factory requires appropriate payment as determined by the center's pricing structure.

Please follow the designated admission process and payment methods in place.

Code of Conduct:

We encourage a positive and respectful environment for all visitors and staff members.

Any disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in immediate removal from the premises.

The Urban Factory assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Users must be aware that The Urban Factory is a Functional Cheerleading Gymnastics and Parkour facility and that there is a risk of injury when using any piece of equipment. 

Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and behaviour of their children while on the premises.
