Cheer Fun – Youth & Junior
Stunt, tumble and dance in this fun based, non competitive cheerleading class. Athletes will work towards show and ‘bows’ our in house awards scheme. Athletes may then progress onto our competitive cheerleading programme with North East Cheer.
4 – 9yrs
This class in a general introduction to cheerleading and tumbling and ideal for children aged 4 – 9 years who might want to consider competitions in the near future. This is a perfect class to learn all of the basic skills before moving into our competition squads. Members of this class will learn all aspects of cheerleading including stunts, pyramids, jumps and tumbling skills.
Parkour – Mini Machines
5 – 8yrs
Our mini machine programme is our intro to freerunning programme, ideal for those children who cant sit still! You will run, jump, twist and turn in these fun based classes. Athletes can build towards are in house awards system. This class is for children ages 5-8
Parkour – Youth
Our age 9-12 classes are perfect for those wanting to explore the full potential of their movement ability, encouraging the exploration of a variety of beginner and advanced techniques to move through their environment. Advancing on to flipping techniques and other acrobatic methods to compliment the fundamental movement.
Parkour – Junior
13 – 18yrs
The perfect start for teenagers wanting to get into parkour, not only for the movement but to build upon themselves as a person; building confidence, creativity and friendships within the community and pushing themselves and others to overcome physical and mental barriers.
Tumbling & Tricks for Dancers
With a class limit of 10 dancers….. this class is aimed specifically at dancers who would like to focus on specific tumbling and acro skills for dancers. It will also focus on strength and flexibility. Parents may discuss with the coaches what specific skills are required for their dancer and a training programme will be designed.
Flips and Twists (Parkour)
9 – 18yrs
An introductory class to parkour based acrobatic movements including flips, somersaults and twisting techniques. Covering various movement styles.
